I believe that delivery and argumentation of the debaters should be accessible to any audience. That was the original intention in the creation of Public Forum Debate. Any dropped arguments are conceded in the debate and new arguments during final speeches should be ignored.
I anticipate that any evidence presented in the round will be truthful and ethically researched. Lying is bad!
Your job is to convince/persuade me. The art of persuasion is powerful – know your case well, have some eye contact, and avoid monotone delivery. I appreciate strong speaking skills; I am okay with a bit of speed but not spreading. I want you to be intelligible/clear to any audience.
A sense of humor is always appreciated; be respectful -- courtesy is necessary in a round.
Enjoy this opportunity to debate!
