Bethel College Forensics is excited to host you all for the asynchronous portion of the Sunflower Swing!

Tournament Details.
Friday, Oct. 11 by 12:00 p.m. CST: LP Prompts released on Speechwire (see files for download VIA speechwire)
Tuesday, Oct. 15 by 12:00 p.m. CST: Entries and videos due to Speechwire
Tuesday, Oct. 15 by 7:00 p.m CST: Fee assessed and distributed to teams
Tuesday, Oct. 15 by 8:00 p.m. CST: Ballots sent to Judges VIA Speechwire
Wednesday, Oct. 16 by 8:00 p.m. CST: Preliminary Round judging, scores, and ballots due.
Thursday, Oct. 17 by 8:00 p.m. CST: Final Rounds are Posted VIA Speechwire and sent to judges
Friday, Oct. 18 by 8:00 p.m. CST: Round judging, scores, and ballots due.
Friday, Oct. 18 by 10:00 p.m. CST : Results posted VIA Speechwire/Result packed and feedback delivered ASAP
Payment
Bethel College will accept checks only. Have checks made out to: Bethel College and please include "Forensics" on the memo line. Any checks sent in the mail should be sent to the following address:

Accessibility Concerns
If any coaches, judges, and/or competitors have accessibility concerns, please don’t hesitate to call or email Cristy Dougherty prior to the tournament!
Video Recordings
-Please submit video submission links through a streaming platform such as YouTube.
-Please set the video to “unlisted” prior and during the tournament. for the duration of the tournament.
-Please be ethical with you submission and submit a unique performance only and exclusively for this specific tournament.
Impromptu recordings should include prep. EXT recordings should NOT include prep.
