You are cordially Invited to the 2024 North Kansas City Varsity Speech and Debate Tournament
Dear NSDA Squads and Coaches,
North Kansas City High School speech and debate team would like to invite you and your squad to the North Kansas City Varsity tournament, November 22-23, 2024.
NKC will be hosting champ and reg divisions of policy debate, Lincoln Douglas debate, and public forum debate. For individual events, we are a NIETOC bid tournament and we will have US extemp, international extemp, oratory, humorous interpretation, dramatic interpretation, POI, storytelling, duo interpretation, informative speaking, and student congress. In an effort to provide maximum opportunities for competition we also ask that each school provide ONE judge Friday and Saturday.
The deadline for receiving entries on Speechwire.com will be Thursday November 14, 2024 at 3:00PM. We will guarantee 2 entries in each event and then all other entries will be waitlisted upon entry – we will grant what we can accommodate during the day on November 15. Extra entries will be awarded as available and at the discretion of the host school.
