Policy is divided into Novice and Varsity. The resolution for the 2024-2025 season is "Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly strengthen its protection of domestic intellectual property rights in copyrights, patents, and/or trademarks."

Novice: For this first tournament, novices will be using the Atlanta UDL Beginner Packet that includes the Democracy 1AC and negative responses. For the second tournament, novices will be open to use the Atlanta UDL Advanced Packet that has the same 1AC but more affirmative and negative options.

Varsity: There are no file restrictions in the varsity division.
