Hello all!

 

On January 25th we will be hosting our sixth annual Shamrock Invite. This both a Novice and Varsity competition. However, if there are not many Novice entries, we will combine Novice entries with Varsity to run the competition a bit quicker.  Please submit your entries no later than 11:59 PM on January 21st, and if you have any changes post-deadline, email me as soon as you know of them.  We are not capping any events, but please keep in mind that if you are bringing a large number of entries, your students may end up hitting. We will be capping the number of teams at 20 in total. 

 

The last day to register competitors will be January 21st at 11:59PM.

 

The general meeting will be held in the schools Library. Please arrive and unload at the Dowd Activity Center doors on the north side of the school, middle of the block. Extemp draw begins shortly after registration, so please make sure your Extempers are ready to go so we can start our tournament on time. We will have student ambassadors to help you and your students navigate the building. 

 

Judges: Please provide one judge for every 6 entries or fraction thereof. We will provide judges for $25.00 for each uncovered slot

 

Fees:  $8.00 per entry.  $25 for each uncovered judging slot. 

 

Parking is available for vans and cars around the school building. There is a lot to the north of the school for buses to park after unloading.
