Findlay is proud to present the Fourth Annual Speech and Debate Tournament on November 10, 2018  Here are the tournament details...... The Findlay High School Speech & Debate Team would like to invite you to the Fourth Annual Findlay Speech and Debate Tournament on November 16th, 2019. Events offered: We will offer 4 rounds of competition for all OSDA Individual Events, 3 rounds of Policy Debate. 3 sessions of Congressional Debate and 5 rounds of Lincoln Douglas & Public Forum Debate.  We will offer 3 rounds of all Middle School Speech and Debate with the exception of 2 sessions of Middle School Congress.  Big Questions Debate (High School) will be offered based on interest.  Please register early.  Registration fees: $5.00 per contestant regardless of event. Double entry is permitted and registration for the second event is $2.  Make checks payable to Findlay City Schools. Snacks and Lunch: Breakfast and lunch items, provided by our Speech and Debate parents, will be available. Awards: will be awarded to the top six in all events. Registration deadline: Thursday, November 14th, 5:00 p.m. but please try and enter early if possible.   Lincoln/Douglas and Public Forum Topics: As per NSDA for the month of November.  See www.speechanddebate.org.  Congress Docket will be what is set on the OSDAwebsite.
