  For teams that require a W-9, see the attached document. PLEASE NOTE: Northwest Speech and Debate Boosters is a 501c3 organization under the umbrella of the Athletic Charitable Committee (ACC). PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: "Northwest Speech and Debate Boosters" Checks made out to the ACC or Northwest Local Schools will NOT get to us.
